Instead of relying on a tenant to pay you, we pay you — the same fixed amount, on the same day, every single month for the length of the agreement.
You stay the legal owner. We become your sole tenant, manage everything behind the scenes, and either house vetted long-stay occupants or operate the property as a fully managed short-let. Either way, your income never changes.
