Our story
Hi, we're Tom and Lacey Davies, founders of Laytom Stays. What started as a shared interest in property quickly became a vision for building something together as a family. As a married couple, we've always believed that great accommodation is about more than just having a place to stay — it's about creating a seamless, professional experience for both guests and property owners.
With backgrounds in customer service, operations, and property management, we saw a growing demand for high-quality Airbnb management and reliable rent-to-rent solutions. Too many landlords were struggling with the time, stress, and inconsistency that can come with managing short-term rentals themselves, while guests were often left with experiences that felt impersonal or poorly maintained.
We knew we could do things differently.
Starting with a small number of properties, we focused on building a hands-on, professional management service that landlords could trust completely. From guest communication and pricing optimisation to cleaning coordination, maintenance, and interior presentation, we handled every aspect with care and attention to detail.
At the same time, our passion for property led us into the rent-to-rent model — partnering with landlords to provide guaranteed, hassle-free income while transforming properties into high-performing serviced accommodation. We saw the potential not just in the properties themselves, but in the relationships behind them.
